Produced by the winery Ossian Vides y Vinos in Nieva (Segovia), under the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León geographical indication, the project is part of the prestigious Alma Carraovejas group.

What makes Ossian truly exceptional is its viticultural heritage:
Phylloxera Resistance: The vineyards are planted in soils with a predominantly sandy matrix. Because the phylloxera insect cannot thrive in sand, these vines survived the 19th-century plague.
Centennial Vines: It features ungrafted vines that are between 100 and 200 years old, which yield very low crops but extraordinary fruit concentration.
Organic Viticulture: The entire vineyard is farmed under certified organic agriculture and worked completely by hand due to the traditional gobelet-trained layout of the vines.
