CHISTORRA

Uncured chorizo style Sausage, typical from the north of Spain, specially from the Basque Country.

This chistorra is made with pork, Pimentón De La Vera picante (spicy), and a blend of spices.  Natural skin casing . 

It's absolutely perfect for grilling and adding to sandwiches. We also love it with egg and potato dishes like "huevos rotos con chistorra."
