Named to commemorate the founding year of the winery (1890), this wine represents the pinnacle of traditional, long-aged, artisanal winemaking.
It is an incredibly exclusive bottling, produced only two or three times a decade during harvests officially rated as "Excellent".
Grapes: 95% Tempranillo, 3% Graciano (for freshness and longevity) and 2% Mazuelo
The wine spends 6 full years in American oak barrels crafted in-house, undergoes 10 manual rackings by candlelight, and rests for another 6 years in the bottle before commercial release.
