How does it work?
-3 hours class (from 6pm to 9pm), theory, practice and tasting (wine and other products from LA JAMOTECA).
-Each carver will count on: a whole bone in ham, stand, professional knife and apron.
-once the class is over, each attendee will keep the ham and rest rest of the tools (stand, knife..etc).
How much is it?
It depends on the ham used for the class! (Remember the carver will keep the ham and tools):
- Serrano ham bone in + knife + stand + apron + class: $449
-Pasture raised 100% Iberico ham + knife + stand + apron + class: $725
-Bellota (acorn fed) 100% Iberico (aka “pata negra”) + knife + stand + apron + class: $1098
