Carving Classes

NEXT CLASS/PROX CLASE: Sept 8th.

How does it work?

-3 hours class (from 6pm to 9pm), theory, practice and tasting (wine and other products from LA JAMOTECA). 

-Each carver will count on: a whole bone in ham, stand, professional knife and apron. 

-once the class is over, each attendee will keep the ham and rest rest of the tools (stand, knife..etc). 

How much is it?

It depends on the ham used for the class! (Remember the carver will keep the ham and all the tools):

- Serrano ham bone in + knife + stand + apron + class: $449

-Pasture raised 100% Iberico ham + knife + stand + apron + class: $725

-Bellota (acorn fed) 100% Iberico (aka “pata negra”) + knife + stand + apron + class: $1098

Como funciona la clase?

-Curso de 3 horas (de 6pm a 9pm), con teoria, practica un wine tasting! 

-Cada cortador contara con: jamon completo, stand, delantal y cuchillo profesional.  

-Una vez finalizada la clase, cada uno se llevara su jamon (y el resto de materiales (cuchillo, jamonera...etc) a su casa! 

Cuanto cuesta?

El precio depende del jamon con el que quiera hacer el curso! (recuerde que, al terminar, se lo llevara a su casa):

-Jamon Serrano (16-17lbs) o Paleta de Bellota (10-11lbs) + cuchillo + jamonera + delantal + clase: $449

-Jamon de Cebo de Campo 100% Iberico + cuchillo + jamonera + delantal + clase: $725

-Jamon de Bellota 100% Iberico (“pata negra”) cuchillo + jamonera + delantal + clase:  $1098
