How does it work?
-3 hours class (from 7pm to 10pm), theory, practice and tasting (wine and other products from LA JAMOTECA).
-Each carver will count on: a whole bone in ham, stand, professional knife and apron.
-once the class is over, each attendee will keep the ham and rest rest of the tools (stand, knife..etc).
