DOMINIO DEL BENDITO - LAS SABIAS - TORO

Toro, a region next to Ribera del Duero (between Ribera del Duero region and the portuguese border) is a fast growing wine region, with stunning wines like Pintia, Alabaster, Teso de la Monja or this wine, Dominio del Bendito - Las Sabias. 

Las Sabias is made from vines from 45 to 80 years, 100% Tinta de Toro (tempranillo). 
Grapes are harvested by hand at the winery and fermented in stainless steel and concrete deposits.
Aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
