This acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Ham (Jámon de Bellota 100% Ibérico) is made from 100% iberico breed fed on acorns during the acorn season, from September through February/March, period in which the pig doubles its size (it goes from 200lbs to 400lbs).

Acorn Fed 100% Ibérico Ham comes from a singular breed of pigs, the Iberico breed (unique from the Iberian Peninsula); from a unique ecosystem with high ecological value, The Grasslands; and a cool and dry climate that allows for curing in optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Symbol of a unique culture and gastronomy, Jamón (Ham) constitutes an authentic culinary jewel, whose artisanal curing process has been preserved since its inception.
