FINCA DOFI, DOC PRIORAT
Finca Dofí is an iconic single-vineyard red wine produced by renowned winemaker Álvaro Palacios in Priorat. Widely considered the sibling/precursor to Palacios's ultra-luxury L'Ermita (also offered by LA JAMOTECA), offering a more accessible and high-value window into top-tier collectible Priorat.
Primarily Garnacha blended with small amounts of Cariñena, and occasional touches of white varieties or Picapoll.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats or open vats using partial whole-cluster/uncrushed grapes and long macerations (32 to 42 days), and then aged for roughly 13 to 15 months in oval oak foudres and French oak barrels.
Organically and biodynamically farmed.
